Behind a great game by Wyatt Winfield, who had one goal and three assists, the Helena Bighorns defeated the Bozeman Icedogs, 14-0.

Winfield beat Jude Hall with a shot 3:47 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Helena. Jacob Wolter picked up the assist. Winfield dished an assist on Wolter's goal that made the score 8-0 Helena at 3:51 into the third period. He then added assists on Logan Henne's goal at 10:36 into the third and on Brandon Rumble's goal at 19:48 into the third.

Helena's penalty kill was spotless, allowing no goals on five Bozeman power plays. The Bighorns' offense rang up 90 shots on Bozeman's net. Helena outdid its season average for goals scored. This season, the Bighorns average 7.8 goals per contest.
