Cody Stapley finished with two points to lead the Amherstview Jets to a 3-1 victory over the Napanee Raiders.

Amherstview kept Napanee's goalie busy throughout the game, and Kyle Copeland made 52 saves on 55 shots.

cody jodion also scored for Amherstview. More assists for Amherstview came via Jesse Stone, Liam Vanburen, Nic Pascoal, and Adam Alcorn, who each chipped in one.

The Raiders managed to stay out of the box better than usual, racking up one minor for two minutes in penalty time. Napanee finished below its season average of 18.0 penalty minutes per game. The Raiders' offense were handcuffed by the Jets' defensive play, and Napanee managed only one shot on goal during the game.

The Raiders were led by Matt Horton, who scored the team's only goal. Horton scored 15:02 into the first period to make the score 1-1. Chris Doyle assisted on the tally.

Amherstview incurred four minutes in penalty time with two minors. Napanee registered zero goals on two power play opportunities.
