In a game where neither team could get a cushion, the Picton Pirates escaped with a 4-2 victory over the Amherstview Jets.

Each team kept the other at bay throughout the game, and Ryan Sizer secured the win for Picton with a goal in the third period.

Sizer was all over the ice for the Pirates, as he finished with two goals in the win.

Picton kept Amherstview's goalie busy throughout the game, and James DAndrea made 47 saves on 51 shots.
