Jordan Boucher-Gould racked up one point to lead the Pembroke Lumber Kings to a 5-2 victory over the Carleton Place Canadians. Pembroke struggled on the penalty kill, allowing Carleton Place to score two power play goals on three chances. Pembroke additionally got points from Ben Dalpe, who also grabbed one goal and one assist and Timmy Moore, who also finished with one goal and one assist. Pembroke also got a goal from Charlie Connell as well. More assists for Pembroke came via Ryan Erickson, who had one and Jordan Larson, who had three. The Canadians' offense rang up 43 shots on the Lumber Kings' net. Carleton Place was helped by Garrett Moore, who registered one goal. Moore scored on the power play 10:47 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Carleton Place. The Canadians had taken the advantage when Pembroke's Keegan Harper got sent off for slashing. Alex Globke picked up the assist. Luke Kasteel also scored for Carleton Place. Other players who recorded assists for Carleton Place were Jide Idowu, Kelly Summers, and Evan Peterson, who each chipped in one. Darren Smith rejected 41 shots on goal for the Lumber Kings.
