Nepean downs Gloucester, 5-2

Vincent Llorca had one point to lead the Nepean Raiders to a 5-2 victory over the Gloucester Rangers.

Nepean's offense rang up 32 shots on Gloucester's net.

Nepean additionally got points from Dalen Hedges, who also registered one goal and one assist, Phil Nasca, who also grabbed one goal and one assist, and Steven Johnston, who also finished with one goal and one assist. Alex ODea also scored for Nepean. Other players who recorded assists for Nepean were Cory Durocher, who had two and Brandon Belding, Brandon Watt, Mitchell Herlihey, Cameron Yarwood, and Michael Vered, who contributed one a piece.

The Rangers were helped by Matt Rosebrook, who had one goal. Rosebrook scored on the power play 10:14 into the third period to make the score 4-2 Nepean. Gloucester had taken the advantage when the Raiders' Keenan Hodgson got sent off for tripping. Andrew Rossy provided the assist. Gloucester also got a goal from Colton Keuhl as well. In addition, Gloucester received assists from Keegan Rowe, Shane Topf, and Stevie Ray Adams, who each chipped in one.

Ryan Mulder recorded 24 saves for Nepean. The Raiders incurred six minutes in penalty time with three minors. Dylan BrindAmour made 27 saves for the Rangers on 31 shots. Gloucester incurred four minutes in penalty time with two minors.
