The Smiths Falls Bears had a three-goal lead after two periods and cruised the rest of the way en route to a 7-1 win over the Brockville Braves.

Yannick Crete had a great game for Smiths Falls, netting two goals. Crete scored short handed at 16:55 into the first period to make the score 2-0 Smiths Falls and again while 12:31 into the second to make the score 4-0 Smiths Falls.

The Braves totaled 19 minutes in penalty time with seven minors and one major and went 1-for-6 on the power play. For Brockville, Kevin Kirisits was ejected from the game.
