Marly Quince netted a hat trick to lead the Cornwall Colts over the Gloucester Rangers, 5-1. Quince's first goal came 19:25 into the first period. He then added goals at 35 seconds into the second and at 7:38 into the third.Gloucester was unable to stop Cornwall from sending pucks towards the net, and the Colts eventually piled up 38 shots on goal. Sean King also scored for Cornwall. More assists for Cornwall came via Parker Krol, Andrew Ming, Nicholas Santoro, and Jake Bannister, who contributed one a piece and Trent Durocher and Roman Ammirato, who each chipped in two. The Rangers were led by Alexandre Boivin, who scored the team's only goal. Boivin scored on the power play 19:49 into the second period to make the score 2-1 Cornwall. A tripping penalty on Krol had put Gloucester on the power play. Andrew Rossy picked up the assist. Cornwall's James Edwardson stopped 24 shots out of the 25 that he faced. The Colts incurred 10 minutes in penalty time with five minors. Gunner Rivers rejected 33 shots on goal for the Rangers. Gloucester incurred four minutes in penalty time with two minors.
