Curran Klein lifted Team White to a 6-3 victory with a hat trick against Team Blue. Klein's first goal came 9:33 into the third period. He then added goals at 12:13 into the third and at 15:07 into the third.The defensemen of Team White were also effective in Team Blue's zone, and came away with three goals. Team White also got a goal from Yanick Lacombe as well. In addition, Team White received assists from Henry Hardarson, who had three and Arthur Brey, Blake Waldersen, Roy Grandov, Chandler Madry, Tommy Kaddatz, James Mathias, and Ryan Gaynor, who each chipped in one. Team Blue did not challenge the opposing netminder, only getting 14 shots on net to force 11 saves. Team Blue was forced to rely heavily on their penalty kill unit throughout the game, as it racked up 14 penalty minutes. Team Blue was helped by Jasen Fernsler, who grabbed one goal. Fernsler scored on the power play 7:57 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Team Blue. Team Blue earned a power play opportunity when Hardarson was put in the box for high sticking. Alex Descheneaux picked up the assist. Tucker Campbell also scored for Team Blue. Other players who recorded assists for Team Blue were Kyle Latimer, Chad Staley, Conor Durgan, JT Paine, and James LaDouce, who contributed one a piece. Team White took out Jackson Germaine after he had made five saves and installed Brey in goal, where he finished with six saves and the win. Team White incurred 12 minutes in penalty time with six minors. Julian DiFilippo took the loss and made 13 saves before being replaced by Connor Webb who made five saves. Team Blue registered two goals on five power play opportunities.
