Lukas Hafner was superb between the pipes for the Cornwall Colts, as he did not allow a goal in a 2-0 victory over the Nepean Raiders. With the win, Cornwall evened the series at 1-1 in the best of seven showdown. The Colts were led by Trent Durocher, who finished with one goal. Durocher scored 5:17 into the third period to make the score 1-0 Cornwall. Kyle Baun picked up the assist. Cornwall's penalty kill was spotless, allowing no goals on four Nepean power plays. The Colts' offense rang up 39 shots on Nepean's net. Cornwall additionally got points from Baun, who also tallied one goal and one assist to lead the team in points. More assists for Cornwall came via Stephen Johnson and Michael Borkowski, who each chipped in one. The Raiders excelled on the penalty kill, not giving up a single goal in three chances. Lukas Hafner made 29 saves for Cornwall on 29 shots. The Colts incurred 12 minutes in penalty time with six minors. Nepean's Matt Zawadzki stopped 37 shots out of the 38 that he faced. The Raiders incurred 10 minutes in penalty time with five minors.
