The Coulee Region Chill had trouble finding ways to stop the St. Louis Bandits, which beat Chill, 6-0. After the loss made the series score 2-0 in the best of five series, Coulee Region faces elimination next time out. St. Louis was led by Joe Kalisz, who finished with one goal and one assist. Kalisz scored 1:32 into the first period to make the score 1-0 St. Louis. Rance Hughes assisted on the tally. The Bandits put up an impenetrable defensive front on the penalty kill, and did not allow the Chill to score on any of their four power plays. St. Louis kept Coulee Region's goalie busy throughout the game, and Aaron Davis made 32 saves on 38 shots. St. Louis additionally got points from Drew Slaton, who also grabbed one goal and one assist and Ryan Zehnder, who also racked up one goal and one assist. Taylor Wolfe also scored for St. Louis. More assists for St. Louis came via Josh Dangel, who had three and TJ Sherman, Drew Kariofiles, Cody Ganchar, and Ryan Stouffer, who each chipped in one. The Chill were led by Chris Hughes, who took four shots. Tyler Green recorded 20 saves for the Bandits. St. Louis incurred 10 minutes in penalty time with five minors. Coulee Region incurred 18 minutes in penalty time with nine minors.
