Jordan Bancroft was all over the ice for the Janesville Jets, as he tallied one goal and two assists in Janesville's 7-4 win over the Springfield Jr. Blues.

Bancroft got on the board by slotting home a goal 53 seconds into the third period to make the score 4-3 Janesville. Bancroft dished an assist on Darren McCormick's goal that made the score 1-1 at 12:31 into the first period. He added another helper on Connor McBride's goal that made the score 7-3 Janesville at 13:49 into the third period.

With the win, the Jets evened the series at 1-1 in the best of five showdown.

Janesville forced Jr. Blues' goalies to work in net, ripping 48 shots and forcing 41 saves. Tyler Parks made 36 stops and Gabe Antoni made five. The Jets stifled Springfield's power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man. Janesville got an offensive boost from its blueliners, who contributed two goals during the game.

Janesville also got points from David Johnson, who also tallied one goal and one assist. Janesville also got a goal from John Olen as well. Other players who recorded assists for Janesville were Truman Landowski, Eric Carlson, Alec McCrea, and Jake Horton, who contributed one a piece and Garrett Cecere and Pijus Rulevicius, who each chipped in two.

The Jr. Blues were helped by Jordan Johnson, who grabbed one goal. Johnson scored 19:10 into the first period to make the score 3-1 Springfield. Kyle Cook provided the assist. Springfield additionally got points from Cook, who also registered one goal and one assist. Garrett Williams also scored for Springfield. More assists for Springfield came via Josef Pontasch, who had one and Chris Sitler, who had three.

Tony Kujava made 13 saves for the Jets on 17 shots. Janesville incurred 12 minutes in penalty time with six minors. Springfield incurred 12 minutes in penalty time with six minors.
