Vanessa Davidson netted a hat trick to lead Montreal over Burlington, 11-1. Davidson's first goal came 1:49 into the second period. He then added goals at 9:17 into the second and at 15:55 into the second.Montreal led by only one goal at the end of the first period, but put the game away by scoring six goals in the second. Montreal bested its season scoring average. Montreal averages 5.9 goals per game. Montreal also got points from Kelly Sudia, who also finished with one goal and two assists, Caroline Ouellette, who also racked up three goals and one assist, Alyssa Cecere, who also tallied one goal and three assists, Stephanie Denino, who also grabbed one goal and one assist, and Meghan Agosta, who also tallied two goals and three assists. In addition, Montreal received assists from Emmanuelle Blais, who had one and Bianca Della Porta, who had three. Burlington put up an impenetrable defensive front on the penalty kill, and did not allow Montreal to score on any of its three power plays. Burlington was led by Sommer West, who scored the team's only goal. West scored 17:07 into the first period to make the score 1-1. Montreal incurred four minutes in penalty time with two minors.
