Brandon Howes gave the Cornwall Colts a 3-2 (OT) victory over the Ottawa Senators when he scored 3:42 into the extra period.

The win moved Cornwall to down 2-0 in the best of seven series.

The Colts were sparked by Howes, who registered one goal.

Cornwall's offense rang up 36 shots on Ottawa's net.

Cornwall additionally got points from Roman Ammirato, who also racked up one goal and one assist. Tylor Spink also scored for Cornwall. Other players who recorded assists for Cornwall were Kyle Baun, who had two and Michael Borkowski and Marly Quince, who contributed one a piece.

The Senators were helped by Ben Robillard, who tallied one goal. Robillard scored on the power play 13:41 into the second period to make the score 2-1 Ottawa.
