The London Nationals' Aaron Dartch had a big offensive game, scoring two goals and contributing one assist in his team's 6-3 win over the LaSalle Vipers. Dartch scored at 13:32 into the second period to make the score 3-2 London and again while 19:23 into the third to make the score 6-3 London.The win moved London to down 2-0 in the best of seven series. London also got points from Noah Schwartz, who also tallied one goal and one assist and Clark West, who also racked up one goal and one assist. London also got a goal from Jonathon Sims as well. Other players who recorded assists for London were Pieter Schinkelshoek, Tyler Bryden, Jared McCann, and Derek Todosichuk, who contributed one a piece and Scott Lombardi and Daniel Cameron, who each chipped in two. LaSalle forced the Nationals goalie Taylor Edwards to work between the pipes, taking 37 shots. The Vipers could not stay out of the penalty box, as the team accrued 26 minutes in penalties during the game. LaSalle was helped by Dylan Seguin, who finished with one goal and one assist. Seguin scored 3:40 into the first period to make the score 1-1. Eric Noel provided the assist. LaSalle additionally got points from Matt Beaudoin, who also grabbed one goal and one assist. More assists for LaSalle came via Hunter Smith and Dylan Denomme, who contributed one a piece. Taylor Edwards made 34 saves for London on 37 shots. The Nationals incurred 20 minutes in penalty time with five minors. Jordan Dekort recorded 24 saves for the Vipers. LaSalle registered one goal on three power play opportunities.
