The Little Britain Merchants and the Clarington Eagles were evenly matched throughout their contest, but Little Britain made the most of its opportunities and won, 3-2. The Merchants gained the winning advantage on a goal by Kurtis Moore 15:56 into the third period and hung on until final buzzer. Little Britain evened the best of seven series at 3-3 and forced a deciding game seven. Moore was all over the ice for the Merchants, as he finished with two goals in the win. Clarington's power play was ineffective against Little Britain's penalty kill, which allowed one goal while shorthanded. The Merchants was shut out on the power play, going scoring scoreless on nine chances with a man advantage. Little Britain also got a goal from T.J. Doran as well. More assists for Little Britain came via Jason Dear, who had two and Jessie Mallette and Dan Longfield, who each chipped in one. The Eagles stifled Little Britain's power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man. The Merchants were unable to stop Clarington from sending pucks towards the net, and the Eagles eventually piled up 31 shots on goal. Clarington's penalty killing units received substantial work throughout the game as the Eagles finished with 20 penalty minutes. Clarington was helped by Justin Devouge, who racked up one goal. Devouge scored on the power play 1:41 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Clarington. The Eagles had gained a power play chance when Doran was whistled for spearing. Jake Choiniere assisted on the tally. Courtland Black-Araujo also scored for Clarington. In addition, Clarington received assists from Cody Graham, who had one. Garrett Haden made 29 saves for Little Britain on 31 shots. The Merchants incurred 22 minutes in penalty time with six minors. Adam Wood recorded 25 saves for Clarington.
