The Syracuse Stars Junior Stars had a four-goal lead after two periods and cruised the rest of the way en route to a 7-2 win over the Buffalo Stars Stars. Luke Kirwan had a great game for Syracuse Stars, netting two goals. Kirwan found the back of the net 13:04 into the first period to make the score 3-1 Syracuse Stars and again while short handed 12:38 into the third to make the score 7-2 Syracuse Stars. The Junior Stars forced Buffalo Stars goalie Connor Stockman to work between the pipes, taking 53 shots.
