Boston Bandits falls to Green Mountain Glades in overtime, 5-4 (OT)

Seth Adams gave the Green Mountain Glades Glades a 5-4 (OT) victory over Boston Bandits when he scored 4:08 into the extra period.

Adams was all over the ice for Green Mountain Glades, as he grabbed two goals in the win.

Boston Bandits was unable to stop the Glades from sending pucks towards the net, and Green Mountain Glades eventually piled up 43 shots on goal. The Glades took advantage of Boston Bandits' penalties, tallying three goals off of five power play opportunities.

Green Mountain Glades also got points from Joshua Bell, who also finished with one goal and two assists and Ryan Bray, who also racked up one goal and one assist. Justin Ward also scored for Green Mountain Glades. In addition, Green Mountain Glades received assists from Zachary Bakotic, Anthony Galloway, and Haralds Egle, who contributed one each and Victor Ivarsson and Eric Knoppel, who each chipped in two.

Boston Bandits' offense efficiently hummed along to the tune of 42 shots put on Green Mountain Glades' net.

Boston Bandits was helped by Niall Caparon, who tallied two goals. Caparon scored the first of his two goals at 1:19 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Boston Bandits. Paul Fregeau picked up the assist. Caparon's next tally made the score 3-3 with 19:34 left in the third period. Fregeau assisted on the tally. Boston Bandits got a goal from JB Sweeney as well. More assists for Boston Bandits came via Tyler Drevitch, who had two and Chace Smith and Sam Kent, who contributed one each.

The Glades' Evan Eitel stopped 38 shots out of the 42 that he faced. Green Mountain Glades incurred 10 minutes in penalty time with five minors. Ryan McCarthy made 38 saves for Boston Bandits on 43 shots. Boston Bandits incurred 18 minutes in penalty time with four minors.
