Vincent leads New Hampshire Jr Monarchs over Springfield Pics, 12-1

Taylor Vincent was all over the ice for New Hampshire Jr Monarchs, as he tallied two goals and one assist in New Hampshire Jr Monarchs' 12-1 win over the Springfield Pics Pics.

Vincent's tallies came at 1:19 into the second period to make the score 2-1 New Hampshire Jr Monarchs and 9:07 into the second to make the score 5-1 New Hampshire Jr Monarchs.

Springfield Pics threw everything it had at New Hampshire Jr Monarchs' Alex Devine, but he responded by making 17 saves to secure the win.

New Hampshire Jr Monarchs forced Pics' goaltenders to work without much rest, totaling 46 shots and forcing 34 saves. Evan Moorehouse made 21 stops and Andrew DePuy made 13. New Hampshire Jr Monarchs excelled on the penalty kill, not giving up a single goal in five chances. New Hampshire Jr Monarchs surpassed its usual scoring output this season. New Hampshire Jr Monarchs averages six goals per game. Team's forwards weren't the only contributers offensively, and the team's defensemen showcased their scoring touch with two goals.

New Hampshire Jr Monarchs additionally got points from Christopher Zuccaro, who also registered two goals and three assists, Paul Pirozzo, who also finished with one goal and two assists, Kyle LaJeunesse, who also grabbed one goal and two assists, Lukas Audycki, who also had one goal and two assists, Brent Beaudoin, who also finished with one goal and two assists, and David Horan, who also grabbed one goal and one assist. New Hampshire Jr Monarchs got a goal from Eric Grover as well. In addition, New Hampshire Jr Monarchs received assists from Andrew Pierce, Teddy McCarran, and Olli Jansson, who each chipped in one and Dylan Rothenberger and Kevin Miner, who contributed two each.

Springfield Pics was led by Christopher Sattler, who scored the team's only goal. Sattler scored 17:17 into the first period to make the score 1-1. Matthew Antonacci assisted on the tally.

New Hampshire Jr Monarchs incurred 10 minutes in penalty time with five minors.
