Helena had a three-goal lead after two periods and cruised the rest of the way en route to a 6-0 win over Bozeman.

Ben Henne was all over the ice for Helena, as he tallied one goal and two assists in the win. Henne scored 5:00 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Helena. Hagen Nemzek assisted on the tally.

Helena kept Bozeman's goalie busy throughout the game, and Richard Fithian made 46 saves on 52 shots.

Helena also had goals scored by Danny Fazio, who had one and Beau Ricketts, who had two. In addition, Helena received assists from Michael Sullivan, who had two and Alex DeWitz, Devin Smith, Trevor Tracy, Cody Blom, Theo Campe, and Balasz Goz, who each chipped in one.

Trey Flesch rejected 16 shots on goal for Helena. Helena incurred six minutes in penalty time with three minors. Bozeman incurred four minutes in penalty time with two minors.
