The 1995 Minnesota Blades are grateful for the opportunity to play in the 2006 Winnipeg Champions Cup. The Blades wish to thank all the volunteers and organizers that make this such a great tournament. Our team had great success in 2005. We won the Minnesota Meltdown and Ice Cup (Duluth) tournaments. We finished second at the 1994 level in the Wisconsin Border Battle. One goal losses kept us out of the semi-finals in the Prospects tournament and in the Brick. In 2006 we will be playing in Minneapolis Toronto Chicago and Winnipeg. We are excited to participate in this years Winnipeg Champions Cup and look forward to a great weekend.
