Team Message

Yankton Ice rink was a dream of  small group, of  whom many said hockey would never happen in Yankton SD.  The spirit of the 1980 Olympic Team parallels what many said this group would never accomplish in Yankton.

 The miracle mascot symbolizes hockey, the 1980 Olympic Spirit and the Yankton community's effort  to build this facility.
