Bio: Sal is a right-handed, power forward and defenseman who brings a presence to the game with his size, body strength, determination, and love for the game. He has a powerful shot from the point and wins many battles along the boards for his team. Sal has played both offense and defense, which has helped him become a more well-rounded player by combining the toughness of a defensemen and the speed and strength of a power forward. His most memorable hockey moment was winning the Bantam Major State Championships last season and earning a trip to the USA Nationals in New York. He is also proud of having received the MVP Award in the Little Caesars Amateur Hockey League Championship game a couple years ago. Sal is a sophomore at Notre Dame Preparatory High School and has a 3.0 GPA. Sal enjoys playing soccer,golf, basketball, and hanging around with his friends. He also performs community service hours at both his church and school. He plans to play hockey at a Division I college and become a teacher and/or coach. |
