We have our first State Wars 9 Champions and it is Southern California 2000!  The 2000 AAA Division winners were 1-1 with Georgia until they went a 8 goal barrage in the remaining part of the first half to secure the Championship with a 9-1 victory over Georgia.  Southern California was led by Championship Game MVP Wayne Redl while goaltender Jared Labadie would backstop the victory in goal.  Although Team Georgia was defeated, they should keep their chin up, they battled their way into the Championship Game only to run out of gas against a potent Southern California offense.
