Bees Back In The Hive For Kids Night
Killer Bees VS. Lone Star Brahmas
HIDALGO, Texas – The Killer Bees will be competing against the Lone Star Brahmas for the fifth time this season on Kids Night, Saturday, October 19 at 7:05 p.m. at the State Farm Arena. Admission will be free for children 12 and under, doors open at 6:00 p.m..
The Bees are on the right track as they clenched second place in the South Division from gaining 4 points on the road against the Wichita Falls Wildcats. The team now has a record of 7 – 3 – 4. Forward Ben Greiner ranks fifth in the NAHL in scoring with 13 points. Goalie Olli Kalkaja ranks tenth in the NAHL in goalie leader with a GAA (Goals Against Average) of 1.94.
The Lone Star Brahmas currently stand sixth in the division with a record of 2 – 9 – 1. Forward AJ Duggan leads the team in scoring with 5 goals. Goalie Jacob Nehama leads the team in saves with 171.
The next home game after this weekends’ series will be against the Amarillo Bulls on Friday, October 25 at 7:05 p.m. at the State Farm Arena.
