The Gulls are thrilled to announce the signings of freshmen, LHP Ethan Lund of Oklahoma State and University of Miami infielder Adrian Areizaga, powered by A1 Roofing’s Solar Division.

Lund has come in to relieve the OSU pitching staff for 7.1 innings so far this season and has a current ERA of 6.75. His best performance on the mound came April 1 against Missouri State when he threw two shutout innings.

The Fishers, Indiana, native is a top 10 pitcher in the state, according to Perfect Game.

Areizaga has only made five appearances in his rookie season as of early May, but the Puerto Rico native has plenty of offense in the tank. He’s a 2024 14th-round pick for the Cincinnati Reds and led Leadership Christian Academy in Connecticut to a league championship last year.
