The South Florida Collegiate Baseball League would like to formally introduce the Fort Lauderdale Hooks, Coconut Creek X-Team, West Palm Beach Iguanas, and the Baseline Miami Makos to the league beginning in the 2024 SFCBL season. The addition of these teams not only expands the SFCBL's coverage of South Florida but it also opens the door for 120+ college athletes from all over the United States to compete in collegiate summer baseball.

In addition to the SFCBL's four new teams, two former teams have made changes as well. Starting in 2024, the Phipps Park Barracudas will be known as the Delray Beach Wave. Secondly, the 2023 SFCBL Champion Florida Pokers will call Pompano Beach 'home' starting in 2024 as they'll now be the Pompano Beach Pokers.
