It was a measuring stick game for the Bulldogs (0-3-0) who dropped a 17-6 decision to the Nepean Knights (2-0-0) on Saturday night in the nation's capital. 

The Knights have put the league on notice, scoring 37 goals in their first two games that included a 20-1 win over the Kahnawake Hunters.

Bulldogs U17 AP Caiden Merritt scored three goals, Carter Mackay had two while Zach Tarr had one.

Tomorrow afternoon the Dogs face Gloucester at 2pm.
