The Bulldogs led 2-1 after one but the Brampton Excelsiors went on a 6-0 run to begin the second period and the Dogs were never able to recover dropping the season opener 12-10.

Trailing 9-5 after two, the Bulldogs showed some bite outscoring the Excelsiors in the third period 5-3.  A positive sign going forward.

Next up, the Dogs will host the West Durham Ironheads on Thursday, May 5 in the Dogs Home Opener.
