The success of any sports organization such as the Junior Mountaineers is built on the hard work of its volunteers, giving our young athletes the opportunity to shine brightest. Volunteers can assist in the Game Day or in other capacities within the club, and behind the scenes. As the saying goes: “Many Hands Make Lighter the Work!”
Volunteers committing to assist with club operations will be provided with a Regular Season Pass for Mountaineer Home Games, and other perks when available. Any one with a graphic art, design, marketing, media or sponsorship experience are welcome to assist with building our brand, and raising needed funds for club operation. High School Students looking to fulfill their requirement for volunteer hours look no further. College/University Students possibly looking for placement experience in their field of study, drop us a line.
Some of the Duties Include:
- Front Door Staff – tickets, programs, merchandise sales.
- Game Day Security
- Game Clock/30 Second Clock – requires experience/training
- Social Media In Game Updates
- Music
- Announcer
- Mountaineer Booster Club – Lounge Operations/Bar – requires Smart Serve Training/Certification
- Equipment Managers
- Dressing Room Attendants
- Sponsorship
- Marketing/In Game Promotions
