After semester break and 60 days away from playing at home, the Knights returned to action against SECHC rival Middle Tennessee State Blue Raiders.

The Knights struggled on Friday losing a close game 2-1 to the Blue Raiders who made the long trek worth their efforts in the first game.  MTSU goaltender Ethan Roy was superb in net as he stopped several quality scoring chances by the home team.

Saturday Knight was all UCF as the boys came our flying completely dominated their opponent from start to finish.  Captain Donovan McClellan erupted for a natural hat trick in the first, a fourth goal in the second, and assisted on another as he ended the evening with 5 points!  

Vincenzo Sanfillipo got the nod in net from Coach Mariani and did not disappoint as he provided to be a brick house shutting out the Blue Raiders 8-0.
    
The team returns to practice this week as they prepare for the upcoming weekend with the #1 team in the country, U Tampa Spartans.
