In a recent email statement to the campus community, UM-Flint announced the following update for Fall 2021:

For the Fall 2021 semester, we anticipate returning to our normal schedule of classes and activities at UM-Flint, and we will do so in a way that puts education and safety as our top priorities.

We are operating under the assumption that as of August 30, 2021, we can have our classrooms at 100% capacity with no COVID capacity limits. There will be mitigation measures in place such as face coverings, limited building entrances, possibly a more robust testing plan, and health screening at building entrances. We continue to make public health informed decisions about our campus operations.

With this in mind, the team is underway with plans for returning to the ice for the 2021-2022 season, and we can't wait to have you at a game.  Prospective players can contact the team leadership at flinthockey@umich.edu to learn more.
