Originally from Elkhorn, Wisconsin, Chance attended Elkhorn Area High School and graduated in 2019. Chance also played travel ball for Thundercat Sports Academy located in Lake Mills, WI. After graduation he went straight to McHenry County College as a dual athlete in both baseball and basketball.
