Christian Diaz is a former minor league player.  After high school and college, he held professional contracts with the Kansas City Royals, Richmond Roosters and Alexandria Aces.

Christian has both passion for the game itself as well as the calling to bring out the best in young baseball players. His expertise developed from playing the game and coaching.  His skills have been further improved by his recent completion of an Education degree from Keiser University.  Christian has been either a Head Coach or Assistant Coach in the Tampa Bay baseball community for 11 years.  He has also participated in the recruiting process, sending as many as 50 athletes to play at the college level, 4 of whom went on to play professionally.

Christian’s genuine love and devotion of the game are at the heart of his desire to motivate young athletes.  He works to coach students both on and off the field, to play the game the right way, but also to learn the value of commitment, self-discipline and character.

Christian is also fluent in Spanish.
