Dylan Hoy joins the Waves for the '21 summer after being scheduled to come to the Waves after his freshman year at Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY. Hoy started all 12 games for the Red Foxes, and he notched his first career hit against South Florida in the COVID-19 shortened season.

Head coach Eric Hirschbein-Bodnar had nothing but glowing remarks for Hoy, whom he has coached since Hoy was in high school, "(Dylan) is an explosive high energy impact guy in our lineup. Plus, plus defender with good pop that swings it from the left side. He’s going to be a major factor in our success this summer, his heart and passion for the game are second to none. We can’t wait to have him this summer."
