The Canadian College Baseball Conference is excited to announce the newest addition in the Victoria Collegiate Baseball program.  This will make eight programs in BC and Alberta and third new program in five years.  The Victoria program will offer academic opportunities at both University of Victoria and Camosun College while featuring historic Royal Athletic Park as their home field.  The program will commence in September 2021 and compete in its first Canadian College Baseball Conference games in the spring of 2022.

“We are pleased to announce this expansion of our conference,” says CCBC President Kevin Kvame, “Victoria has strong baseball roots, excellent academic opportunities, and geographically a great fit.”

The Canadian College Baseball Conference features some of the best academic and college baseball opportunities in the country.  Vancouver Island University, University of Fraser Valley, Okanagan College, Thompson Rivers University, University of Calgary, Prairie Baseball Academy, Edmonton Collegiate, and now Victoria offer a wide variety of academic endeavours.

“We are extremely proud of our conference and what it delivers to its student athletes,” adds Kvame, “there is no doubt that it is growing and developing more and more each year, and this addition is proof of growing interest from post secondary institutions and players across the country.”
