Forward Cole Hipkin will be joining the Blues from New Hampton Prep and joins New Hampton Prep teammate Oakley MacLeod in Collingwood. Cole is committed to Division 1 St. Lawrence for the 2022-23 Season. The 6th round Saginaw Spirit draft pick scored 22 goals and 11 assists in 33 games last season with New Hampton Prep. 

Director of Hockey Operations Jordan Selinger has this to say about Cole’s commitment, “Cole becomes the third Division 1 player we have been fortunate enough to add this offseason. As with both of the other two, we expect him to be an impact player for us right off the bat. We are very excited that Cole and his family have chosen Collingwood as the next step in his hockey career. “
