VGCC Annual General Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday June 10th at 7:00 PM.  Join us in the Main Hall at 218 Antrim Road as we talk about the vision of the club, both past and present.
 
The following positions will be up for re-election:

• President
• Vice President of Programming
• Secretary
• Publicity Director
• Special Events
• Senior Soccer Convenor
• Hardball Convenor
• *Bingo (See Amendments to the current Constitution)

 Unless otherwise noted with an *, those in the current positions wish to have their name stand. 
 
The current Board Positions are currently vacant:

The following Amendments to the current Constitution are proposed and will be voted on at the AGM:
Proposed Change:
All instances of He or She shall be adjusted to They. 
Rational:
This amendment allows the Constitution to become Gender Neutral. 
 
Proposed Change:
The position Of Special Events Director – Festival/Carnivals to include Bingo.  Thus eliminating the board position for Bingo Director. 
Rational:
The position of Bingo Director has remained vacant for several years and cannot be filled by a volunteer; therefore the roles are combined to allow for future Bingo events.
