1st Athlete Training Center offers low membership rates for all aspects of hockey training from skating treadmill, shooting and stickhandling, strength and conditioning and speed/agility training.  But that is not all.

New at 1st is an All-Sports Preschool Program on Fridays for little athletes 3-5 year olds to explore many sports and games.  

New at 1st is also an option to participate in In or Out of Season Training for athletes 12 years through High School age.
