Don't just learn to skate!  Begin your hockey career at Minnesota Made Hockey!

Learn to Skate is offered at both the Edina and St Louis Park locations. St Louis Park groups are Tuesday & Thursday morning and afternoon sessions and also Saturday mornings.  Edina groups are Monday-Thursday morning and afternoon sessions.

Our Learn to Skate program is more than just an introduction to skating, it is a door to the sport of hockey.  Our little athletes start with sticks and pads as they learn to walk, glide, fall and get up again.  With balls and pucks introduced very early they begin playing the sport as they master the ice.  

By the time they graduate from Learn to Skate, our beginning athletes are ready for Rookie level hockey and move into Rookie Choice and Rookie Summer Clinics.  They continue the progression as they continue to move through the levels and compete and higher Choice and AAA levels with a growing skill-set and mastery of the game than their peers.

Coach Corey Stark oversees and is the lead instructor of the Learn to Skate program.  He not only played hockey winning awards in High School, Juniors and Collegiate levels, but he is gifted in his ability to talk to and coach the youngest athletes. He makes it fun while teaching the participants to play and love the game.
