Week 18 Scores and Stats
Date: Mar 8, 2020

KNICKS 81 vs. ECB 72
SPARTANS 67 vs. Flames 58
WARRIORS 78 vs. Beauties 63
THUNDER 61 vs. Moneyball 55
Knicks have been struggling with injuries and been on a bit of a slide since Xmas, but Kim Mbabbu found the cure as he dropped 9 threes, 7 in the first half, to lead the Knicks to a single digits win over East Coast Blues.
Spartans and Flames played within one point in the first half, but Spartans took over late to get the W. Josh Langford has had the hot hand for weeks and tonight he knocked down 8 threes, 5 in the second half as the Spartans broke open the game and helped keep their 1 game lead for 3rd in the standings.
Warriors are pushing for 3rd place and kept pace with a 15 point win over the Beauties. Noone was hitting foul shots, but the Warriors still won by double digits in this one.
In the game of the night second place Thunder took on unbeaten Moneyball. This was a low scoring battle, but primarily because both teams left a lot of points at the rim they would love to get back in a game decided by just 6 points. It was all tied at the break, but the Thunder used two runs in the second half to pull ahead and build a slim lead as they are the first team of the year to beat Moneyball. Elliot Thompson had 25 to lead the Thunder doing most of his damage from the line, while Jon Thibault kept Moneyball in the game dropping 19.
