WEEK 11 RECAP

Date:  Source: Center Court League

THUNDER 106 vs. Beauties 85
SPARTANS 84 vs. Knicks 73
WARRIORS 90 vs. Flames 68
MONEYBALL 63 vs. ECB 49

Defense was MIA in the Thunder/ Beauties game as the Thunder put up 60 point in the first half and topped 100 in the game as they win their first game of 2019.  Beauties put up 85 themselves but were down double digits most of the game.  Elliot Thompson topped 40 in the game for the win.

Spartans built a 10 point lead in the first half and then the game ran even the rest of the way.  Knicks were running with 5 bodies and didn't have the legs to make the big momentum run in this one - Technicals, Fouls and interesting commentary ended this game early as the Spartans pickup their 3rd straight win since Xmas.   Kim Mbabbu led the Knicks and all scorers with 25 and 4 threes, while Josh Langford led the Spartans with 19.

Nate was on fire for the Warriors, like 7 threes hot, but unfortunately the highlight of this game was an NBA level dunk by Kulwa as he hammered one home coming down the lane.  Even the dunk couldn't swing the momentum for the Flames though as the Warriors rolled to an easy 20+ point win.

Maybe Moneyball is getting bored, maybe they need a wake-up call, but their offense isn't clicking fully in 2019 - but they haven't lost once yet all season either so things are still pretty good.  Devin Norris knocked down another 5 threes as he dropped 25 points to lead Moneyball to the win.
