GIRLS FAST FORWARD is a summer program for the players born in 10/11/12 or that are currently playing at the U8/Mite level. The focus will be to work on the skating and stick handling skills needed to get ahead and stay at the top of their game. Having our 7th season of the Girls Fast Forward program behind us, it’s time to start ramping up for the 2018 summer session. With plenty of rave reviews from the parents in our past sessions, ours Girls Fast Forward program has proven to be a great development tool in preparing girls for not only their upcoming winter season, but a great feeder program for our own Girls Machine AAA program as well. 

 

Every third session will be a scrimmage so not only will the girls be getting great skill development, but also a full summer of scrimmages to work on their game skills as well. All scrimmages will be full ice 5 on 5. 

 

Fast Forward program details:

 

Appx. 36+ hours of on ice training

3-1st Athlete sessions for each player (1 of each, Treadmill, Turf & Stickhandling)

70-minute practice sessions/scrimmages 

Player jersey with numbers

Ice starting in April and running thru August (with 4 week break thru May)

Set days for all ice times (Thursdays and Sundays)
