The Canadian Baseball Network recently released its list of the most influential Canadians in baseball for 2018. Baseball Hall of Fame candidate Larry Walker headed the list, which also featured many names familiar to Brantford Red Sox and Intercounty Baseball League fans.

Notable names in the Top 100 and honourable mentions include Scott Thorman, Adam Arnold, Michael Bonanno, Dean Dicenzo, Wray Upper, John Axford, Matt Betts, Lee Delfino, Jack Dominico, Ed Heather, Chris Leroux, and Herb Morell.
