On December 8th, at our AGM, the MFL Council approved the reinstatement of the Nova Scotia Buccaneers. We are happy to have them back on board, and are also very pleased to have Dave Dehmel back in the fold, serving as the head coach. Dave was involved with the MFL very early on, and for a number of years served as President.

At the same meeting, our council also approved the expansion application of the Southern NB Ducks football club, led by Clifton Richards, and Darcy Barker. Clifton is also a long time member of the MFL as a player for the Wanderers. Darcy has served as a player, coach, and league commissioner in his time.

Our season runs May-June, and some teams have already begun offseason conditioning programs.
