DJ has recently committed to College of Lake County in Grayslake, Illinois. He is currently a Senior at Germantown High School, and just completed his last fall season with the MBA Upperclass team. Over the last several years, DJ has made incredible strides and we are all excited to watch him continue to grow at the next level.

We got a chance to sit down with DJ to talk to him about his thoughts on MBA, his recent commitment, and his future in the game of baseball.

How long have you been with MBA? "This will be my third year with MBA."

How has MBA impacted you? "MBA has had a huge impact on me because everyone there pushed me to be my best and helped me receive a scholarship to play baseball in college. My time spent here has really made me the player I am today."

How does MBA's coaching staff and facility help you as a player? "I love that the facility is so big, so players can get work in without having to wait, and that there is a weight room area players can work out in. The coaching staff is amazing, because a lot of them have played in college and know how to help us get to the next level. The players have also built strong relationships with the coaches, which makes training and practices more enjoyable."

What are you doing during the off season at MBA? "During the off season I'll be doing the MBA Winter Classes, and I will have some summer team practices."

What is your favorite thing about MBA? "I love how involved each coach is in trying to get you to the next level and push you to be the best baseball player you can be."

What are you most excited about moving forward with your baseball career?  "I cant wait to get to CLC and face that next level of competition.  I know it will be challenging but I am up for it.  I love the everyday grind of competing and bettering myself both on and off the field."
