During the annual Elgin-Middlesex Chiefs Day at the Komoka Wellness Centre on Saturday October 27th the Chiefs made a special presentation to Ron Horvat. In making the presentation Elgin-Middlesex Chiefs President Karen daSilva proudly stated:

Alliance hockey created a special 25th Anniversary gold pin to recognize and honour individuals from Alliance Member Associations who contributed to the promotion, coordination and maintenance of Alliance hockey consistently over the last 25 years.

The Elgin Middlesex Chiefs nominated Ron Horvat, and thank him for his outstanding years of contribution to Minor Hockey!

Congratulations Ron, and thank you for all you do!

The Elgin-Middlesex Chiefs are a class organization bringing AAA Minor Hockey to the area, and the Komoka Kings are proud to associate with the EMC organization in the development and source of great junior hockey talent.  And the Komoka Kings have taken it a step further by having Ron as the head coach of the Kings for the 2018-2019 GOJHL season.

Komoka Kings and Head Coach Ron Horvat finished Elgin-Middlesex Chiefs Day by hosting the St Thomas Stars in their GOJHL game.
