Overview

In one of the biggest weekend's of their season, the University of Vermont Catamounts will play a home-and-home series against the Norwich University Cadets. Affectionately dubbed "The Battle of I-89", a reference to the highway which connects the universities, these rivals will take the ice on Friday, October 19th and Sunday, October 21st. UVM, off to a 6-0-0-1 start, will try and hand the Cadets (2-0-0) their first loss of the season. In 2017-18, Norwich defeated UVM twice by the scores of 6-1 and 4-1. The Cadets would go on to qualify for the ACHA Northeast Regional Tournament before falling to Boston College.
