For the third time in its history, the Amway Center (home of the Orlando Magic and Orlando Solar Bears) will play host to the UCF Knights hockey program.

The Knights will face off against the USF Bulls in a frozen edition of the War on I-4. Puck drop is scheduled for 4:00pm on January 6th, 2019. The Knights-Bulls match-up will be played following the Solar Bears' bout against the South Carolina Stingrays, which is scheduled for 1:30pm. All fans with a ticket to the Solar Bears game are welcome to stay after and watch the Knights' game; no separate ticket required.

The Knights' home game originally scheduled for 10:00pm on January 5th will now be played at USF at 6:00pm.

In years past, the Knights have played on Amway ice both in 2015 against the South Carolina Gamecocks and in 2017 against the Florida Gators. This season's game at Amway Center promises to be the most spectacular of them all, as it showcases a rivalry between two of the top teams in the ACHA South region. This game certainly won't be one to miss!

Tickets for the Solar Bears game can be purchased at orlandosolarbearshockey.com. Previously, tickets for the college game only were sold as well. It is likely that UCF students will also be offered some sort of discount. Updates will be posted as more information becomes available.
