Joining the Flyers for the 2018-2019 season is Findlay, Ohio native Cameron Armstrong.

The 5'8" 150 lbs winger joins the Flyers from the Belle Tire 18U AAA program of the T1EHL where he won a state championship.

Armstrong describes himself as a hard worker, who likes to go into the corners and likes to hit. He said while being physical he hopes to be able to contribute on the offensive side of the game as well. Prior to his time at Belle Tire, he was an assistant captain for his Findlay High School team. He said wearing the “A” gave him leadership skills and he hopes that is something he can contribute to Leamington for the 2018-2019 season.

While with Belle Tire he played in 30 games & he managed 5 goals and 7 assists.

“My coach was in contact with Leamington and they contacted me. Winning the state championships was a great feeling, we battled hard through it and it taught me how to be a winner and hopefully it contributes here too.”
