The Michigan Warriors are a group of military veterans who welcome anyone to join them on the ice regardless of skill level. They use the sport of hockey as an outlet to come together for many charitable, educational, and developmental programs for disabled veterans.

So when they were contacted by a film grew from Los Angeles they thought they were going to just set up a small camera and talk about their unique program. It turned out this feature would later become a television commercial that was aired during the NHL's Playoffs as presented by Discover!  The Michigan Warriors were also surprised with a check for $10,000 dollars along with Kris Draper who presented them with a private day with the Stanley Cup.
